Safety operation rules for thread rolling machine

1. Before driving, you should carefully check whether all parts are normal and whether the two thread rolling boards are balanced. After the trial rubbing is normal, production can be started.

2. All protective devices on the machine tool should be intact and should not be disassembled arbitrarily.

3. Do not touch the working workpiece and the thread rolling board by hand during operation. It is strictly prohibited to make adjustments while driving.

4. Before stopping the thread rolling, the supply of blanks should be stopped first, and the power supply can be cut off when there is no blank between the two thread rolling plates.

5. If the vehicle is stopped due to a temporary power failure or other faults, if there is a blank between the thread rolling boards, it should be eliminated according to the prescribed method, and it is not allowed to drive forcibly.
